Thank you for supporting Lizzy Jeff / Zen & Kush. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

❌ NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Preference or sensitivity to ingredients

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

📦 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to review the issue and work toward a solution.

To be considered, you must:

  1. Email zenandkush@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the problem

Once received, our team will review your request and reach out with a resolution at our discretion. This may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

🚫 NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS

We cannot review or resolve claims if:

  • Photos are not provided

  • The request is submitted after 72 hours

  • The product has been used excessively

  • Damage is caused after delivery

⚠️ FINAL DECISION

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a replacement or credit. Final decisions are made at the discretion of Zen & Kush.
