Thank you for your support and patience. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order is placed.

Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

🚚 SHIPPING TIMELINES

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via a standard shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Please note:

  • 7–10 business days refers to processing time, not guaranteed delivery date

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control

🧾 ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships (when applicable)

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving tracking details for updates to appear.

📍 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Delays or losses due to address errors

📦 LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

🌿 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship only to locations where hemp-derived CBD products are legally permitted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand local laws regarding CBD products.
